Help clean up Boise’s iconic Tablerock on Saturday | Boise, Garden City, Mountain Home | Idaho Statesman

Did you realize that Saturday is national Make a Difference Day? It is, and here’s a great opportunity for you to help out your community — specifically Tablerock, the beloved local icon.

Volunteers from Boise Life are meeting at the top of the hill at 2 p.m. to pick up trash and glass littering the area directly below the cross. The public is invited to join the crew (bring your gloves). Donations of trash bags, drinks and food are also welcome. If you want more information, or want to donate, contact Josh at josh@boiselife.org or 585-1275.

About Make a Difference Day: It’s a program created by USA Today. Last year, more than 3 million people volunteered in service projects across the country.
