By the time we wake up (in MDT ) we’ve worked our way into what will be a good place given a positive attitude (attitude is, after all, everything :-> ), and lucky energy persists into the early afternoon. That growth spurt we started last night regarding communicating the pain of our past in new, useful ways gets another bump between 1:00 and 4:00, and around 8:00 there’s a flash of insight in which that growth reaches a point of fruition and we really internalize the transformation it brings. We’ll want to watch for a little jolt in the late evening as what attracts us is restrained by what we must do. The energetic aftermath of this continues through the sleeping hours to culminate around 7:00 AM as o
