Contractors begin installing solar power system on Whitney Elementary | Education | Idaho Statesman

Work has begun on a solar power system on Boise's Whitney Elementary School, which when completed will be the largest in the state.

Aurora Power & Design and Andersen Construction have begun installing 363 solar panels on the roof of Whitney with funds from a $432,076 grant from the Idaho Office of Energy Resources to the Boise School District Whitney's solar panels will connect [...]
