Energy of the Day

We're feeling pragmatic today, ready to let go of what keeps us off-balance and aware that our fortune and the fulfillment of our hopes and dreams lie at home with our family and friends. Tired of fighting the current and of trying to fix what's broken, we realize it's time to put our best faces forward, go with the flow, and focus on creative pleasures. Our hearts and backs, especially our spines, are vulnerable to over-exertion under this energy, and it's particularly important to follow their leads as we go about the day's business.
