Energy of the Day

"Once more, with feeling!" is the energy of the day, with a focus on the home and family and, again, our manner of self-expression therein; blood pressure and heart rate are our guides to a happy medium here. A moment taken to look within before acting and reacting protects us from the health consequences of unintended emotional outbursts, with bruised shins and twisted ankles being especially likely under this energy. Dead dreams related to friends are reborn full of hope on the back of some work based in realistic idealism.
