Energy of the Month

Patience. Taurus asks of us patience, and this year's transit asks it especially where communication and technology are concerned, as Mercury is retrograde* in the sign of the Bull from March 27 to April 20. Retrograde motion indicates an undoing and reworking of energy, so look for issues you'd thought closed to pop up. Be alert, too, in daily travel; prepare for detours and go over your daily routes. Look for ways not only to make them more efficient, but more pleasant, more scenic, as your commute can set the tone for your entire experience. If possible find a route where seasonal changes will be evident. This works nicely with the energy of Venus, which magnifies what is beauteous and bounteous within what is present, drawing yet more beauty and bounty. (If the drive to work is nicer, work will be just a little easier, which will make it just a little bit less difficult to get to that next goal, be it the next paycheck or enough put away to buy that car or dream home.) ('Though I might wait on making a final decision on major purchases until after the 23rd of May.) I suggest enjoying this month. It promises to be quite beautiful. (The more headstrong types may feel a bit restrained here, but a brisk stroll will fulfill your needs where sprinting proves difficult or impossible. This is a month to keep in mind that the moments are fleeting, even when time's dragging it's feet.)
