Where last week began with a bang, this week starts with a splash. Change is in the air, and it’s not entirely comfortable. There is fixity in our dreams, but since they are by nature nebulous even that isn’t a place we can rest. The other area in which there’s some sense of solidity at the moment is in the need to play creatively in order to most greatly enhance our future endeavors. That’s a fun thing to have to do, but not always an easy thing. The prominent themes for this day are agitation, growth, and luck, with a fleeting dash of opportunity at 11:40 AM MDT, almost entirely revolving around the theme of our dreams for our homes and families. The closing notes of the day, however, are a sense of friction regarding how the past we can’t release is shaping these dreams, and a block in seeing new directions through them. Each of these calls us to stop, examine, rework, and release that which isn’t working.
Monday begins much the same way Sunday did, only moreso, but takes a fairly quick turn for the better. At 3:00 AM, Neptune turns retrograde, which will call for us to take a close look at our motivation in life and dismantle any illusions under which we’re currently laboring over the next five months. At 6:24 AM the Moon, which has been void of course since 11:46 PM last night, moves into Aries, bringing some warmth back into our emotional arena and giving us a bit more forward momentum. It adds no stability but does create a more positive internal environment than the one we’ve been experiencing. The day is chock-full of opportunity in the realms of communication and technology, and a bit of friction we encounter around 2:30 PM leads to a lucky break just after 5:00. There’s another minor bump around twenty to 11:00, but the evening ends on a positive note regardless.
This carries through into Tuesday morning, but just before 6:30 AM things get hinky and stay that way most of the day. When things aren’t rubbing us the wrong way, they’ll be standing directly in our way. It’s important to watch our words, actions, and emotions, but a couple of the most prominent potential trouble spots include just before 6:30 AM when our words fail to accurately express our desired course of action, 9:30 when our words (again) run counter to the action we’re seeking to take within the home, just before 12:00 PM when our emotions threaten to disrupt our life’s most basic energy, 3:00 when the actions we base upon those emotions stand in the way of bringing new beauty into our worlds, almost twenty after 10:00 when our actions and emotions simply roll up into a jumble and leave us tangled in our own webs, and just before midnight when the words with which we seek to untangle our mess just rub everything and everyone the wrong way. The bright spot in the day is an opportunity immediately preceding ten to 4:00 PM, in which we’re able to act upon our emotions in a way that supports our motivations, dreams, and ideals.
Wednesday is marginally better, beginning on a note of providence, marching through the very early morning hours in providential formations, but sliding into frustration as the Moon travels void of course from 2:16 AM until it enters solid, dependable Taurus at 9:01; finally, some cool, dark emotional space in which to find comfort and refreshment. We’re able to rest and germinate off and on through the rest of the day, and in fact will find the day passes much more smoothly and easily if we can stand to just wait when things come to a standstill against our will (as they’re likely to do several times today). Late in the evening energies get moving again and when it’s all said and done we end the day having become noticeably more than we were when it began. (This being a Taurus Moon, it would be prudent to take steps toward seeing that our gain is not a physical one.)
The early hours of Thursday morning are challenging and consist of steps backward, but at 5:55 AM we’re rewarded for the patience we’ve surely exhibited (right?) by a spurt of growth wherein we find the resources at our disposal to express and solidify the home we’ve been building. The rest of the morning is good, if relatively quiet, but the afternoon gets off to a mildly rocky start. At 4:20 PM there’s a fortunate turn of events, which gets a boost at 6:40 only to be brought up short five minutes later when Taurus’ Moon plants itself firmly in the way of Aquarius’ retrograde Neptune, putting the kibosh on our dreams for the time being. This wall gives way to feelings of anxiety at twenty after 8:00 and the night goes out on this energy.
Friday comes in on a better note, but it’s not long before it begins it’s first descent on the roller-coaster ride that will characterize the day. Given that the Moon is void of course from 3:39 AM until it enters Gemini at 12:19 PM, it’s a good idea to take any bumps, bruises, and blessings that come our way in the morning hours with a grain of salt. All indications are that there will be plenty of each, but none of it is likely to be of much lasting import. By the time we’re back in a more effective energetic field the skies have quieted a good deal, so we can continue this afternoon to drift and explore our internal landscape. It’s nearly 10:30 PM before we’re jolted awake by a Sun-Moon conjunction in Gemini, bringing issues of communication, technology, and daily travel into sharp relief. This is followed just before midnight by an opportunity to apply intuitive thinking to that creative play we were working on as the week opened.
New ideas find us as Saturday begins, particularly in terms of our selves and our homes. Our emotional selves are especially thoughtful under the Gemini Moon, so it’s a good time to take inventory and decide which of the feelings we’ve been harboring of late are useful and which we would do just as well to discard. The day favors this sort of work, and until late afternoon does not favor anything more social or requiring of congeniality. Things heat up in more pleasant ways just before a quarter after 5:00 PM, and remain on an upswing throughout the evening. The last energetic swell of the night, at 11:11 PM, is a lucky trine between Gem’s Moon and Aquarius’ retrograde Neptune, bringing reflective insight to bear on our dreams as they apply to our friends, hopes and wishes. What we have created may or may not withstand this scrutiny, but what comes of it will almost certainly be positive. Time to raise a toast to our compadres as we move forward together into next week.
As always, take good care folks.
Love,
Peace
