Energy of the Day

It's all about the children today, or rather the child in all of us; it's about inheritance and legacies, endings and beginnings, willpower, intelligence, and ceremony. When we were children we didn't worry about the skinned knees or the bruised or broken bones we attained through headstrong, carefree behavior. Whatever's feeling bruised and broken, let it go, stop trying to block the pain but let it flow through and do what it's there to do, slow ya down and get ya to take stock of those choices, allow that what wants to come in is on it's way and the discomfort now is the result of clearing a place for it, whether cerebral or material.

Challenging but doable under this energy is to balance our personal physical motivations with our need and desire for friends and partners who enhance our public standing through their own thinking and behavior. Transformation is available in this dynamic as we learn how to reorder the codes dictating who and what we are and what we can contribute of our own style to the whole. Headaches arise in the process, but those upon whom we depend for such things can help us in alleviating them; what goes because we don't need it now will come back when we do.

Mental confusion, self-doubt, and suffering manifest in the neck and throat now, and if we haven't already realized it, the need for others to be involved in our success becomes apparent. Adversity brings a sense of suffering and change seems painful, but it's part of the process toward achieving overall general balance, with a fiscal emphasis. An examination of the community consisting of our friends is called for in light of what's been lost and gained in knowing them, and what secrets and sorrows we do and are willing and able to hold for one another; doing the right thing for the wrong reasons will usually come out okay, but doing the wrong things for 'right' reasons (which don't objectively exist for wrong things) generally results in a downward spiral, in this case to self-undoing.
